Solution Architecture
Before and ERP project can be started an architecture has to be defined, where existing external systems around business execution will be validated what makes sense to be kept and what should be replaced in order to minimize upkeep maintenance costs and reduce need of multiple supplier contracts.
We can lead and support our customers for these steps with proven methodology of multiple successful projects delivered.
Process modelling
For all the business segments which have been on the market for the past 30+ years, the business execution processes have evolved, and systems around them have been built for the purpose. Now the challenging part is to take those processes, dig down the relevant deliverables and match those around D365 SCM standard capabilities in order to minimize the required modifications.
Our experience from multiple different business segments and 17 succesfully delivered Projects have provided us the knowledge base of what works and when the process need to be aligned, instead of the system.
Integration services
Typical project involves integration between ERP and external services such as WMS operators, MES interface(s), PLM/PDM system(s), Dispatch planning and execution, APSscheduling, etc. These external services need to be connected to certain process steps within D365SCM side in order to utilize Dynamics business process as intended.
